2010 Athlete Assistance Form & Selection Criteria

All relevant information should be included in this package concerning the athlete’s responsibilities and the various timelines associated with this program.

Of particular note is that assistance is only offered to those athletes that are attending British Columbia post-secondary educational institutions.

Please review the information and submit your application forms by April 15th, 2010 if you consider yourself a candidate.

Assistance will be forwarded in the summer following completion of the academic year.
