Lower Mainland Open ID #3 Rescheduled

The lower mainland ID #3 that was rained out June 8 has been rescheduled for Friday, June 22 at 5 PM at Mackie Park in North Delta (10900 82 Avenue Delta, BC). All original regsitrations for the June 8 sesion have been moved over, and the registration has been reopened for those who missed the original date. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
