The NWBCA Coaches Convention is set for January 17-19 2020 in Portland Oregon. There is a star studded lineup of speakers attending the event including NCAA Division 1 current and former head and assistant coaches, MLB affiliated coaches, Some of the notable speakers are head coaches at Washington, Washington State, Oregon State, and the founder of Driveline.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.

The Seattle Mariners are an American professional baseball team based in Seattle, Washington. The Mariners compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the American League (AL) West division. The team joined the AL as an expansion team in 1977. Since July 1999, the Mariners' home ballpark has been Safeco Field, located in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle. SoDo means "South of Downtown."
