The AREA CODE ID SERIES is your opportunity to showcase your ability and develop your craft with evaluation and feedback from the same professional baseball scouts that manage and make selections for each region’s Area Code Games team. In addition, select participants from the events will be invited to compete at an Area Code Tryout in the summer of 2023. The AREA CODE ID SERIES is open to the high school graduating classes of 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
