2012 High Performance Schedule

The Hi-Performance Committee has established the schedule for the Hi-Performance activities for the 2012 season.

All players who want to be considered for the Hi-Performance teams including the Selects program (17U), B.C. Summer Games (15U), Pacific Northwest Championship (17, 16, and 15 year old teams), or the North West Selects Tournament (14U & 15U), must attend one of the ID camps and be evaluated.

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
