If you are a coach that is looking to learn, teach, and work with the best coaches players in British Columbia, have a look at the coaching opportunities below. There are both Baseball BC Provincial Coaching opportunities, and also Local association coaching posistions when they come up. We strongly suggest that you have started your NCCP (National Coach Certification Program) training, as that will be needed to coach at National and Western Championships and it is a great learning opportunity and environment for both new and experienced coaches. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.

The Seattle Mariners are an American professional baseball team based in Seattle, Washington. The Mariners compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the American League (AL) West division. The team joined the AL as an expansion team in 1977. Since July 1999, the Mariners' home ballpark has been Safeco Field, located in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle. SoDo means "South of Downtown."
