BC Girl's Baseball FUN FESTIVAL

These FESTIVALS of baseball celebrate our BC Girl's Baseball Pre-Season Development Series & Instructional Leagues. They are 1-2hr & events focussing on fun drills & games for girl's of all ages & abilities, even if you're brand new to the sport. Coaches are the best youth mentors in the country & host associations make these Festivals a HOMERUN.  So, come give baseball a try, sharpen your skills or just to have some fun...

BC Girl's Baseball Pre-Season Development Session's & Instructional Leagues happening each year

The BC Girls Instructional League has expanded into a new pre-season development series. This program is designed for girl's of all abilities aged 6 to12 - focusing on baseball skills while encouraging confidence, resilience and of course lots of fun!  All you need to bring are running shoes, a baseball glove (optional, but preferred), a water bottle, and an openness to improve and make friends. Coaches, driven by working, helping & mentoring youth are player's from the Women's Canadian National Baseball Team & Team BC.  Sessions usually run once a week beginning each Winter into Spring throughout the province.  Register today and give your daughter the gift of confidence through working with the support of a group of role models and teammates.

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
