Baseball BC is pleased to announce the 2026 high-performance coaching staffs.
On the open side of the program, there is change at the top. Jordan Broatch has been promoted to the Head Coach role with Team BC 17U, taking over for long-time coach Cav Whitely, who will remain on the staff in an emeritus assistant coach role. Baseball BC thanks Cav for his dedication to the program over the past decades. Baseball BC welcomes a familiar face back to the HP program as Shawn Schaefer returns to British Columbia after a stint with Ontario's select team to become the 16U Head Coach. Cam Frick returns as the Team BC 15U Head Coach and Joe Germaine returns as the Team BC 14U Head Coach.
On the Aces side, it's virtually status quo with Emily Fournier, Stacy Fournier, and Juliette Kladko returning as HCs at 19U, 16U, and 14U levels respectively.
