BC Selects Female Baseball Program Announces upcoming season and important 1st program dates

These BC Selects Female Baseball Program Development Sessions are for all interested athletes, including existing players, those new to the sport or perhaps girls that just want to give baseball a try…

Program Development Sessions – All Divisions (New athletes and all existing players should attend)

1. March 8th – Saturday 11am to 2pm in Burnaby at Kensington Park Upper Diamond

2. March 10th – Monday 6pm to 8pm in Burnaby at Kensington Park Upper Diamond

The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
