We're looking to learn more about the participation of girls in youth baseball. Simon Fraser University & SFU Professor of Sociology & Anthropology Dr. Travers have developed a survey to learn about perspectives on and experience with the participation of girls in youth baseball.  To grow the game & get the most value, we'd like to get as many responses as possible.  Coaches, Presidents, Executives. please take the 10 minutes to complete the survey &/or share with those that may.  Thanks so much for your help & support with this...  Link to the survey is below...

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
