Players Wanted

The Lower Mainland Baseball Association (est. 1994) is an adult baseball league composed of 32 teams from 15 different local communities.  The level of play is recreational and the league is divided into three age divisions: 18+, 30+, and 45+.  For the 2015 season several LMBA teams are looking for adult baseball players.  Please visit the LMBA’s website – www.ballcharts.com/lmba for details.

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
