Jim Swanson as taken over the Victoria Harbourcats of the West Coast League.

A great baseball mind, Swanson moves from Prince George to Victoria to take over the role of General Manager of the 'Cats, in just their second season in the wood bat collegiate league.

The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career.
