This Week in Baseball BC

Team BC’s 2014 entrance into the 17U Canada Cup has been announced. 

The club will head to Saskatoon August 6-11 to participate in the tournament that highlights the top 17U players in each province.  The club will also play at the PNC in Centralia Washington from August 14-17.

The GM/Head Coach of Team BC is Gautam Srivastava and he talk with Ryan Watters (@ryan2tswatters) about the strengths of this team.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
