The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.

Team BC 16U went undefeated this past weekend, with a 5-0 record to win the 2nd Annual Western Prospects event in Saint Albert, Alberta.

The 2023 Baseball BC Senior AA Provincial Championship concluded Monday afternoon in Maple Ridge with the South Delta Padres completing a perfect 5-0 weekend, to win gold with a 13-8 win over the defending champion Poco Blue Jays.

Baseball BC is pleased to announce the rosters for Team BC 14U and Team BC 15U.
