The 2014 BC Selects Female Baseball Program is gaining excitementÂ…!

There are 4 divisions this year which are 13U, 16U, 20U and the Women’s Open division.

Some important notes and dates at this time are…

 

  • Select Development Sessions begin Saturday March 8th 11am in Burnaby at Kensington Parks upper diamond

    • There are 4 listed at this time with hopes of more (see schedule here)

      • Open to every interested girl at every division listed above whether new to baseball or experienced

      • Cost - $20

        • One-time fee whether attending every session or just one

  • 13U BC Select Team practices can be found on their web page here

  • 16U & 20U BC Select Teams will currently practice together which can be found on the 16U web page here

  • Women Open Team stay tuned and will practice later in this summer

    • Although, more than welcome to participate at any or all events as a player & mentor

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
