The White Rock South Surrey Baseball Association is seeking an individual(s) to take over the AAA Bantam program from the current head coach who is moving on to manage White Rock's Junior PBL program. Our Bantam AAA program has been enjoying increasing levels of success over the past few years and finished 6th overall this past season. The WRSSBA is a large organization with significant resources, first class facilities and plans to add more. This is a paid position. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
