Baseball BC's Provincial Female Baseball Ambassador

Rebecca Sorbara's appointment as Baseball BC's Provincial Female Baseball Ambassador marks a significant milestone in promoting and developing female participation in baseball across British Columbia. Scott Mackenzie, Baseball BC’s Director of Operations, is confident Sorbara will leverage her extensive experience and passion for the sport to inspire and support female athletes, coaches, officials, and administrators.

What a Catch!

Big congratulations to both Aiden Fujita (Abby Cardinals) and Nicholas L'Heureux (Delta Blue Jays), winners of our 2024 Catch of the Year contest. Both catches were so great that both have won themselves a Rawlings Custom Heart of the Hide glove!

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
