Langley Blaze will head south for their 16th annual Spring Arizona tour. 153 players that have joined the Blaze for this trip over the years have been drafted, including 8 first rounders Brett Lawrie, Philippe Amount, Andrew Church, Kellin Deglan, Kyle Lotzkar, Josh Naylor, Cal Quantrill and Mike Soroka.

Yale Baseball Academy Announcement

Yale Baseball Academy Announcement!

We are pleased to announce that Yale Secondary School in Abbotsford, BC will be the first ever high school sport academy baseball team that trains, travels and competes together year round.  Our current skills program at Yale will continue to operate like it has over the past 10 years and the Abbotsford Cardinals will still have all three clubs (Bantam, Junior, Senior) operate as per usual.  A final decision will be made by the school on April, 1st to decide whether we move forward in the fall of 2018 or 2019.  Roster spots have started to fill.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
